Yardley releases the English Bluebell Fragrance

Yardley English Bluebell Fragrance

Yardley is a traditional well established brand that has been around for hundreds of years offering the classic scents like Lavender, English Rose, Lily of the Valley and April Violets. The brand has recently redesigned it’s packaging to bring a classic but chic style to give themselves a little update.

I was invited to a launch of a brand new fragrance to add to their Contemporary Classic collections, the English Bluebell. The event was in a lovely flower shop called Grace & Thorn in Cambridge Heath where we were taught how to make our own terrariums. If you are ever around the area and love terrariums I highly recommend a visit. It is terrarium heaven! We were given a great tutorial on how to build a terrarium and to care for them and it was so much fun making them. Unfortunately it wasn’t the season for Bluebells at that time (they bloom in April/May) so we had to use faux bluebells in our terrariums.

The Yardley English Bluebell Fragrance notes

Base notes

Vanilla, Musk

Heart Notes

Bluebell, Jasmine, Lily of the Valley and Peony

Top Notes

Bergamot, Cassis Accords

The Yardley English Bluebell fragrance is quite obviously a floral fragrance. However it’s light and fresh and a great one for the day and the evening. I can definitely see myself wearing this in the evenings as it’s very feminine and flirty.

The Yardley English Bluebell Fragrance* is out now and retails for £9.90 for 50ml which is an incredibly great price! Yardley has also released a body spray £2.49 which is great for touch ups during the day.

Also if you are loving this Bluebell necklace* such as I am it’s designed by Alex Monroe and is absolutely adorable!

Until next time..
