Another product empties post today! Just a few as it takes longer for me to get through things than I thought.
First up is my NARS Pro-prime smudge proof eyeshadow base £19.50 which if you read my Space NK haul (click here) you can see I have already repurchased this one as it is my holygrail of eyeshadow primers. Any girls with oily eyelids and can’t find a primer that works including the Urban Decay Primer Potion I recommend giving this one a try.
Next is my body lotion from Garnier’s Oil Beauty collection £4.99, this is actually the second bottle I’ve gotten through. This body lotion smells amazing! and is so moisturizing. I am super lazy when it comes to moisturizing after having a shower, I just rather snuggle up quickly than spend time moisturizing. This lotion is great because it locks in moisture for a couple of days so I can go without everyday which is something I rely on! I have repurchased this one again but my only negative point with this product is that its quite thick and so a lot gets left in the bottom and renders the pump useless, so I have to go back to good old tapping the back like a ketchup bottle to force it out. I hope they rework the packaging to make this easier in future! I also wrote a review on this and the Oil beauty scrub here if you want to have a read.
On the perfume note I recently ran out of my favourite ones which is the Roberto Cavalli ‘Roberto Cavalli’ £34.50 which is a sweet and fruity perfume which notes of orange blossom and vanilla. This is my 3rd bottle if I remember correctly. I adored this perfume so much but I am on the look out for a new scent now! If you have any recommendations of sweet scented perfumes – not too sweet but more fruity or floral I would love to get your recommendations! I find it so hard perfume shopping.. anyone else feel the same?
and lastly a skincare product the famous Bioderma Sensibio H20 £10.00. I bought this after Anna from ViviannaDoesMakeup and Lily Pebbles raved about this product being one of the best make up removers out there. However hard to track down due to it being a French product. I found this earlier this year in John Bell & Croydon Pharmacy (really amazing pharmacy by the way I have never seen anything like it and is definitely worth a wander). I must say I’m not sure I love this one. Yes its gentle to my skin and yes it removes makeup but I have to use a fair amount of cotton pads to fully get makeup off and I can feel it on my skin after using which I don’t expect from a water based cleanser. On the other hand it has been really useful for removing makeup before I head to the gym as I put it into a smaller bottle rather than using my Clarins cleanser.
And that’s all for my empties for the moment! Until the next lot come in, I would love to hear what you’ll be repurchasing from your empties and why.
Don’t forget my giveaway for the Elizabeth Arden Prevage Lash Gift Set is still on for a few more days! Click here to read the post and how to enter.
Until next time..
