Dupe Alert! Eyebrow Pencils – Hourglass vs Sleek

– The High-End Buy –

Now if you are a fan of eyebrow pencils like me I am sure you have heard of the Hourglass ‘Brow Sculpting Pencil‘  (I use the one in Dark Brunette). This is a clever little kit. One pencil – double ended, one side a spoolie to help brush through those brows before getting to work and helping to blend out that pencil. The other end an amazing a triangle shaped wax pencil which is a twisty pen. The great and genius thing about the triangle shape is that it mimics hair the follicle and the strand really well. This deposits the right amount of colour. The shade is perfect for my brows and I love love this product. Unfortunately this product is on the pricey side retailing at £26.

– The Budget Buy –

So I’ve hunted around and found you a dupe! Sleek has produced the ‘Eyebrow Stylist‘ (I use the one in Dark). This has the same concept at the Hourglass sculpting pencil. It is like a pencil with a double end, one side a spoolie and the other a wax pencil (twisty). The pen side is slightly smaller than the Hourglass pencil but has the same colour pay off. It gives amazing results and is easily a match for the Hourglass Sculpting pencil. And the best part? It retails for £5.99 which is a fraction of the cost.

Am I the best or what?
